Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 9 to 11 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager - MLAP in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies. Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability. Identify and mitigate risks associated with lending activities.
