Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in MLAP. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of MLAP products and services. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in financial analysis and problem-solving. Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its regulations. Experience in managing teams and driving business results.
