Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team in the Micro Finance sector.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand customer base.
Supervise and guide a team of professionals, providing training and support as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
Monitor and control expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Micro Finance products and services.
