Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager - MF in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and management, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and revenue growth.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance and support.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within the BFSI industry.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services, particularly mutual funds.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience in managing teams and driving business results through effective leadership.
