We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager - MF in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in managing Mutual Funds and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality customer service. Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and revenue growth through cross-selling of products and services. Lead and motivate a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives and goals. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Job Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds and their applications. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
