Assistant Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead and manage our Wayanad branch operations. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of managerial experience in the overseas education or 5+ years in related service industry. The Branch Manager will be responsible for branch performance, team management, business growth, service excellence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in alignment with company policies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations including counselling, admissions, documentation, and customer service.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the branch team to achieve business targets and maintain performance standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance student recruitment and meet revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, partner institutions, and sub-agents.
• Ensure branch compliance with company policies, SOPs, quality standards, and audit requirements.
• Monitor and analyze branch performance, preparing regular reports for senior management.
• Coordinate and execute marketing and promotional activities at branch level.
• Handle escalated client issues and ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Manage branch budgets and expenses efficiently.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in Overseas Education / Study Abroad / Service Industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of international education systems, admission procedures, and visa processes preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
