Assistant Branch Manager

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring compliance, and achieving branch goals. Your main focus will be on maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will often utilize HR software and other tools to streamline processes. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily branch operations - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations - Achieve branch goals - Maintain operational efficiency - Ensure a positive customer experience Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in branch operations or related field - Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to utilize HR software and other tools effectively As an additional benefit, you will be offered health insurance and a Provident Fund. The work schedule is on day shift, Monday to Friday. In addition to your regular salary, you will also have the opportunity to earn performance bonuses and yearly bonuses.
