Assistant Branch Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring compliance, and achieving branch goals. Your focus will be on maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will often utilize HR software and other tools to streamline processes, ensuring that the branch runs smoothly and effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The working schedule is a day shift from Monday to Friday, providing you with a healthy work-life balance.
