Assistant Branch Manager – Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in day-to-day branch operations and overall business management.
• Supervise front office, academic counseling, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth functioning.
• Monitor admissions, lead follow-up, and conversion activities to achieve monthly targets.
• Support in planning and executing marketing strategies, field activities, and promotional events.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations professionally.
• Maintain branch reports, MIS, documentation, and ensure policy compliance.
• Train and guide the team to improve performance and productivity.
• Coordinate with the head office to implement new processes, guidelines, and updates.
• Ensure the branch meets revenue, growth, and operational quality standards.

Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, operations, or team handling roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage targets and motivate team members.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
