Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for the Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) position. The ABM will be responsible for overseeing branch operations and recruiting a team under him, managing customer relations, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include supervising staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, providing training and support to team members, and handling customer inquiries and issues. The ABM will also focus on monitoring performance metrics and implementing strategies to enhance branch productivity. Qualifications Management and leadership skills for supervising staff and branch operations Sales and marketing skills to achieve and exceed sales targets Customer service skills to manage customer relations and resolve issues Financial acumen for monitoring performance metrics and implementing productivity strategies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work on-site and build a team in Kochi Branch Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Experience in the insurance industry is a must with last accounting year performance highlighted.
