Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM). The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in the day-to-day operations of the branch. This includes managing and coordinating sales activities, overseeing customer service, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing leadership to branch staff. The ABM will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve branch targets, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management and customer service
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of life insurance products and the financial industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
