Job Title: Assistant Area Manager – Sales

Industry Preference

• Preferred: Telecom, Retail, Banking, Insurance, Consumer Durables, Mobile Handset, FMCD, Paint, Furniture, Hardware
• Not Considered: Candidates from Pharma and Edutech backgrounds

Key Requirements

• Proven sales team handling experience with on-roll teams
• Strong leadership, performance management, and target achievement track record
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed assigned targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies for business growth in the assigned territory
• Monitor team performance and provide training/coaching where necessary
• Maintain deep knowledge of the market, competition, and customer needs
• Drive customer acquisition through direct and channel sales approaches
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
