Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at our Dwarka location. The Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing architectural projects in line with client requirements. Core tasks include creating architectural designs, overseeing project timelines, and managing collaboration with engineers, designers, and clients to ensure projects are completed effectively and within budget. The Architect will also ensure high-quality outcomes and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Assist in preparing architectural designs, drawings, and documentation
• Support conceptual and schematic design development under senior architects
• Work with

  AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp

  to create drawings, models, and presentations
• Prepare and organize project documents, material schedules, and specifications
• Research building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to achieve project goals
• Participate in

  site visits

  and assist with project management tasks like scheduling and cost estimation

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp

  , and other design tools
• Strong visualization, creativity, and technical drafting skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
