Skyline Architectural Consultant is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Architect to support architectural design, coordination, and execution of projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, design sensibility, and the ability to work closely with senior architects, consultants, and site teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

• Assist in architectural design development from concept to execution stages
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailing
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for integrated design
• Support in preparation of design presentations, reports, and client submissions
• Ensure drawings and designs comply with local building byelaws, codes, and regulations
• Assist in site coordination, inspections, and resolving execution-related design issues
• Review shop drawings, material specifications, and samples
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural practice
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software is an advantage
• Strong understanding of building construction, materials, and detailing
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines

• Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or institutional projects
• Exposure to site execution and consultant coordination
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and design quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
