The Loan Officer will be responsible for Verifying clients for obtaining loans that meet their financial needs while ensuring compliance with company policies and lending regulations. This role involves evaluating loan applications, analysing financial data, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the loan process. Key Responsibilities Assess and process loan applications accurately and efficiently Analyze applicants’ financial information, credit reports, and collateral to determine loan eligibility Physical verification of clients data and assets Analyse the clienta details and check he is eligible for that particular loan or not Ensure all loan documentation complies with company and regulatory standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred) Previous experience as a Loan Officer, Loan Processor, or similar role Strong knowledge of lending procedures, financial analysis, and credit evaluation Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Proficiency in loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite NMLS certification or ability to obtain one Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission Perforamance allowance,Petrol allowance,Travel alloawances Paid time off and holidays Career growth and training opportunities Supportive and team-oriented work environment

Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations. Generate leads and convert them into sales. Maintain daily call logs and follow-up details.
