Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Accounts Manager to support the financial operations of our travel division.The role requires strong attention to detail, sound accounting knowledge and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Assist in overseeing the end to end accounting functions of the division in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Manage daily financial transactions, including billing, invoicing, payments and vendor settlements.

Ensure compliance with relevant statutory regulations including GST, TDS and audit requirments.

Monitor outstanding receivables,follow up with clients for timely collections and assist in cas flow management.

Participate in budgeting, forecasting and cost control activities.

Bachelors degree in Accounting,Finance or related field.

Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience.

Proficiency in accounting software Tally/ERP systems.

Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
