Job Description

We are hiring an experienced and reliable Assistant Account Manager to handle core accounting operations for our firm. This is a 5-day working role with stable work hours and a professional, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daybook, journal, ledger, and all daily accounting entries.
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet independently.
Manage complete GST filings for both Proprietorship and Private Limited entities (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation).
Handle purchase/sales entries, bank reconciliation, petty cash, and vendor payments.
Maintain organized records, invoices, and all statutory documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for billing, payments, and document support.
Manage TDS records, depreciation, input/output GST reconciliation, and assist in annual financial statements.
Support compliance with CA and auditors for monthly and yearly requirements.
Use Excel for formulas, GST sheets, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
Handle daily work on Tally / Zoho Books or similar accounting software.

Required Skills

2+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of GST compliance, GSTR filings, and statutory processes.
Ability to independently create P&L and Balance Sheet.
Good understanding of TDS, depreciation, and monthly closing.
Strong command of Excel and accounting software.
High accuracy, attention to detail, and discipline.

Preferred

Honest, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
