The Assistant Accounts Manager will support all accounting operations for our e-commerce business, with a strong focus on managing financial workflows in Zoho Books/Zoho Inventory. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling daily online sales, monitoring accounts receivable/payable, and ensuring timely compliance with GST and other statutory requirements. The role will work closely with operations, warehouse, and management teams to ensure smooth accounting processes and accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update all accounting records in Zoho Books, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Perform daily reconciliation of sales, payments, refunds, and settlements across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces using Zoho reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable through Zoho, including vendor invoices, credit notes, and customer refund entries. Track purchase entries, inventory movement, and COGS using Zoho Inventory and integrate with e-commerce platforms. Reconcile bank statements, payment gateways, courier invoices, and marketplace settlements through Zoho tools. Prepare GST reports, TDS entries, and ensure all statutory filings are aligned with Zoho data. Generate monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and performance dashboards directly from Zoho. Qualifications Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping. Experience in e-commerce accounting, marketplace reconciliation, and payment gateway settlement handling. Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting) and financial analysis.
