Job Description

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and have a passion for numbers? Orbit Serviced Apartments, a premium hospitality provider in Khar West, Mumbai, is looking for a reliable and proactive Assistant Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations. Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining accurate books of accounts (Tally or similar) Record daily income and expenses across multiple properties Manage vendor payments, petty cash, and staff reimbursements Prepare monthly GST filings Track invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups Support payroll calculations and documentation Reconcile bank statements and handle internal audits Requirements 1–3 years of accounting experience (hospitality or real estate sector preferred) Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles Familiar with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances Good communication in English and Hindi Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Exposure to structured accounting in a hospitality environment Opportunity to grow within a professional and supportive team 📍 Location: Khar West, Mumbai 🕒 Full-time If you're looking to grow your accounting career in a premium setup, apply now or refer someone who fits the bill.
