Role & responsibilities Maintain books of accounts as per Companies Act, 2013 . Handle project-wise accounting for construction and property projects. Record land cost, construction cost, material cost, and labour expenses . Manage sales, rent, lease, and advance receipts . Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) . Handle GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B). Deduct and deposit TDS under Income Tax Act, 1961 . Maintain statutory registers and records . Assist in statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit . Prepare MIS reports, cash flow, and budget reports . Coordinate with CA, auditors, and government departments . Preferred candidate profile Hand on experience in Hospitality sector also
