Role & responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of

  Indian stock markets (NSE & BSE)

• Clear understanding of

  NIFTY & SENSEX as market benchmarks

  .
• Knowledge of

  equity valuation, portfolio theory, and risk management

  .
• Familiarity with

  SEBI PMS / Advisory guidelines

  .
• Proficiency in

  Excel, financial modeling, and market tools

  .
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.

Portfolio Management:

• Manage

  individual, firm, or promoter investment portfolios

  .
• Develop

  equity investment strategies

  based on risk and return.
• Monitor and compare portfolio performance with

  NIFTY & SENSEX

  .
• Ensure

  portfolio diversification and risk management

  .
• Track

  long-term and short-term investment objectives

  .

Equity Research:

• Conduct

  fundamental analysis

  of listed Indian companies.
• Analyze

  financial statements, annual reports, and ratios

  .
• Study

  industry trends and macro-economic factors

  .
• Prepare

  research notes and investment recommendations

  .
• Build and maintain

  valuation models

  .

Stock Analysis:

• Perform

  technical analysis

  using charts and indicators.
• Track

  daily market movements of NIFTY, SENSEX, and sector indices

  .
• Identify

  buy, sell, and hold opportunities

  .
• Analyze

  price trends, volumes, and market sentiment

  .

Market & Compliance:

• Monitor

  economic news, corporate actions, and results

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  SEBI regulations and ethical standards

  .
• Maintain

  confidentiality of client and promoter information

  .
• Coordinate with

  brokers, custodians, and compliance professionals

  .
