Job Description

Location- Thane

  • Process and record purchase bill entries accurately in accounting systems.
  • Handle online payment processing and manage inward and outward payments.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and file GST returns; ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Calculate TDS, process payments, and file related returns.
  • Manage forex contract booking and related documentation.
  • Compute income tax and advance tax liabilities.
  • Prepare and submit stock statements to banks on a periodic basis.
  • Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for finalization of accounts.
  • Support and coordinate income tax and GST audits, including documentation.

Required Skill Set:

  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to use multiple applications.
  • Working knowledge of Tally ERP.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUM, etc.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
