ESG: Supporting action to protect, restore and regenerate local environments for the benefit of our customers our people, our communities and wider society For more Details visit our website- www.nivabupa.com Primary Role Description: - Leading digital projects Drive projects related to digital product requirements and changes, specifically focusing on emerging technologies such as Chatbot, VoiceBot, Agent assist, GenAI, Mobile Apps, Website and other digital systems Project Initiation and Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Execution and Monitoring: Lead project teams to execute project plans effectively. Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular status reports to stakeholders. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide detailed reports on project progress. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for future improvements. Communication: Facilitate effective communication within project teams and with stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Risk and Issue Management: Identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans. Monitor and address project risks and issues promptly. User Journey- Conduct in-depth reviews of user flows on digital platforms to identify areas for improvement and enhance self-service capabilities. Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and customer journey maps, then clearly communicate these to developers and IT teams. Analyze customer queries and complaints to identify product improvement opportunities. Leverage data analysis to pinpoint customer pain points and suggest actionable solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of [3] years of experience. Strong Project management, analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile). Key Roles & Responsibilities Excellent communication and presentation skills. Education qualification should be a Graduate. Understanding of customer service processes, Like CRM & Excel. Key Requirements – Education & Certificates Graduate – (B Tech, BCA, BSC, BBA, BCA, Any) Post Graduation – MBA, PGDBM , BCA, M.
