Ensure the implementation of the EHS management system and norms as per the IMS and IMS manual, respectively. Identify the training needs, designing and imparting training for staff, visitor, sub-contractor, and workmen, Conducting periodical site EHS inspections & report the finding for corrective action. Act as catalyst for the project EHS committee activities. Review & appraise the site/factories EHS performance and facilitate for improvement. Ensure the proactive performance monitoring through systems such as key performance indicator on EHS. Preparing and updating project/factory EHS plan. Preparing EHS risk assessment & safe work method. Timely reporting of EHS shortcoming to project manager/head for continual improvement. Organize campaigns, competitions & other special emphasis programs to promote EHS at workplace. Conducting investigation of all incidents & initiate necessary corrective actions at sites/factories. Analyze incident trends & initiate necessary corrective actions at sites
