Asset Specialist - Priority - Regional Sales

Role Overview: As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for ensuring Branch and RM activation in each product/category to ensure that each Branch / RM is working towards the propositions as a whole and not biased towards limited products/services. You will also be expected to help RMs in improving their customer coverage, in achieving their SOPs, and in improving their earnings by highlighting work-areas for each RM. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the Health Score for both RM and Branch collectively to enhance productivity and profitability. - Drive digital adoption of internal systems and platforms (e.g. CRM) to enable tracking of lead quality, lead fulfilment, and RM throughput. - Lead campaigns to ensure top of the funnel drive for each product in relevant catchments and monitor lead quality and conversions. - Monitor customer coverage regularly to ensure all customers are touch-based in set periods. - Liaise with relevant departments to fast-track cases wherever they are stuck. - Solve customer problems and ensure a great user experience. Qualifications Required: - Basic understanding of the application flow in each product. - High degree of understanding of CRM and other tech platforms. - Ability to read and interpret data and dashboards for strategic implementation. - Experience in data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders. - High levels of empathy for effective performance in the role.,
