Asset Management Specialist

As an Asset Management Associate at GHX, you will be responsible for managing asset-related requests for solution changes for GHX clients. Your role will involve establishing strong client relationships to proactively achieve timely and accurate contract review, quote creation, and invoice-only renewals. You will work directly with internal business partners and the field sales team to review and submit requests to notify customers of changes. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in reviewing account contracts and a proven track record of achieving solid results in a high-paced, dynamic environment. As part of your responsibilities, you will interface directly with the GHX Asset Management team, Customer Success Managers, product management team, and sales representatives to ensure alignment and timing of requests. Your role holds the responsibility for the timely completion of requests and necessary tasks related to the maintenance of GHX assets. Your principal duties and responsibilities will include: - Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals - Responding to requests early on, uncovering roadblocks, and demonstrating strong communication skills with a broad range of internal customers - Developing comprehensive strategies to maintain Asset Cleanliness in collaboration with internal resources - Identifying customer requirements and driving accurate and timely submission of requests using strong account management skills - Reviewing and reconciling contracts and agreements to maintain accurate data and reporting - Establishing productive working relationships with GHX internal business partners and utilizing SalesForce.com for real-time status updates - Working cross-functionally with legal, product management, and contracts team to ensure customer contract timelines are met - Preparing professional, well-written descriptions for all requests submitted in the system - Committing to continuous improvement and mastering GHX internal systems - Maintaining thorough knowledge of GHX products and services, enabling independent response to internal requests The qualifications required for this role include: - At least 2 years of experience with a proven track record of contract review, data entry, and account record management - Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment - Positive outlook and commitment to quality work and outcomes - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and previous experience with SalesForce.com - Healthcare industry experience is preferred About GHX: GHX is a healthcare business and data automation company that enables better patient care and industry savings by maximizing automation, efficiency, and accuracy of business processes.
