Asset Management Associate

Job description Asset Management Associate will play a key role in supporting the on-ground execution and scaling-up of Asset Management across a few 100s of gym outlets for Cult. This role will require you to work in close collaboration with various teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful and efficient project completion. The end goal is to ensure that the highly standardized assets across all gym outlets are tagged accurately and completely. Key Responsibilities: ● Traveling to allotted centers to implement asset tracking procedures for all assets available in the outlets such equipment, electrical and IT gadgets, Safety apparatus and other facilities articles such as mats, furniture, etc. ● Real-time reporting and documentation of challenges encountered during onboarding of a center outlet ● Identify and communicate any operational loopholes or inefficiencies to the central team ● Daily availability (excluding sick leaves) during defined working hours between 9 AM to 6 PM on all 6 days of the week as the project would work on critical timelines Required Skills: ● Quick learner who can grasp hands-on work through observation ● Good attention to detail to identify and address process gaps and issues ● High energy levels and intend to get things done ● Good communication skills (in English or Hindi) for effective problem reporting and coordination with the central team ● Basic understanding of spreadsheets - MS Excel or Google Sheets - for data entry and reporting Suggested Skills: ● Basic familiarity with gym equipment and other facility articles ● Prior work experience of at least 1 - 2 years Duration and terms of employment: ● 3 - 6 months with any decision to extend or terminate the contract communicated 30 days in advance Compensation: In-Hand Salary: 22,000 Per-Month Expenses : Additional Compensation for Transport and more.
