Role : Asset Engineer Location : Hyderabad Exp : 1-2 years Communication skills - Excellent Shifts - Rotational Working - 6 days WFO Job Description Asset Engineer – Experience 1 to 2 Years · Hardware Asset Management (PO to Disposal) · Hardware report generation · Hardware management and tracking · Asset Complete IMAC process · Asset inventory and storage management · Vendors call logs tracking · Image formats – OS installations · Installation of basic applications like MS Office, Antivirus, Adobe and other software · Troubleshooting knowledge on Laptops/Desktop and application related issues · Monitoring, upgrading, and maintaining systems hardware, software and related infrastructure · Asset Lifecycle management Knowledge. Skills · Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science. · Proven work experience as a technical support engineer. · Knowledge of web services, API, and IP-based protocols. · Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems. · Good time management skills. · Good interpersonal skills. · Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · ITIL Show more Show less
