Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our modular furniture manufacturing team. The role involves assembling modular furniture components, ensuring quality standards, and supporting smooth production workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assemble modular furniture components such as cabinets, wardrobes, kitchen units, and office furniture as per drawings and instructions.

· Read and interpret technical drawings, assembly manuals, and BOMs.

· Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery required for assembly work.

· Inspect components for defects and ensure quality control at every stage.

· Coordinate with the production, cutting, and edge-banding teams to ensure seamless workflow.

· Conduct fitting, alignment, and finishing tasks to meet design specifications.

· Report any material shortages, damages, or process issues to the supervisor.

Qualification & Experience:

· ITI in Assembly/Relevant Trade preferred.

· 1–2 years of experience in modular furniture manufacturing (preferred).

Skills & Requirements:

· Proven experience in modular furniture assembly (preferred).

· Basic knowledge of carpentry, tools, and hardware used in furniture manufacturing.

· Ability to read measurements, technical drawings, and cutting lists.

· Strong attention to detail and quality.

· Good physical stamina and capacity to handle materials/assemblies.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
