Coordinate with project managers, interior designers, carpenters, electricians, and other on-site contractors. Monitor installation of modular furniture, false ceilings, partitions, and other interior elements. Interpret 2D drawings, layout plans, and BOQs to guide the site team. Ensure proper quality control and finishing as per client expectations. Manage site inventory, materials, and tools efficiently. Provide regular project status updates to the project manager and escalate issues as needed. Maintain daily site reports, checklists, and progress documentation. Ensure compliance with all site safety regulations and company protocols. Act as the on-site point of contact for vendors and clients. Job Summary : The CNC Operator is responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality furniture parts, ensuring that all products meet the company’s specifications and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a strong understanding of machine operations and programming basics. The CNC Operator will work closely with the production team to meet daily production goals, follow safety standards, and maintain equipment. Key Responsibilities : Machine Operation Set up and operate CNC machines (routers, lathes, mills) used in the production of furniture parts. Input and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed, feed rate, depth of cut) to achieve required dimensions and surface finishes. Load raw materials and execute pre-programmed machine instructions. Quality Control Inspect completed parts for accuracy using callipers, micrometres, and other measuring instruments. Perform quality checks on work to ensure products meet company specifications and customer expectations. Troubleshoot any machining issues and adjust settings as needed to maintain quality standards.
