The ARC Welder is responsible for performing high-quality welding operations on automotive components, chassis structures, frames, brackets, and sheet-metal assemblies using Manual Metal Arc welding processes. The role requires precision, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to read technical drawings used in automotive manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Perform ARC welding on automotive parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies. Prepare and set up welding equipment, tools, and materials. Conduct weld repairs, rework, and modifications on vehicle parts. Ensure welded components meet industry standards, tolerances, and quality requirements. Inspect welds visually and using basic tools (gauges, calipers, etc.). Perform grinding, cutting, fitting, and finishing related to welding tasks.
