Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Assembly Production Engineer to oversee and optimize the assembly processes of tractor attachments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication, sheet metal, or mechanical assembly, ensuring efficient, high-quality production while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate the assembly production processes for tractor attachments.
• Develop and implement efficient assembly methods, workflow improvements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor production metrics, troubleshoot assembly issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and production targets.
• Collaborate with design, fabrication, and quality teams to resolve engineering challenges in assembly.
• Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials for cost-effective production.
• Train and guide assembly operators, providing technical support and process guidance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of fabrication, sheet metal, and mechanical assembly processes.
• Hands-on experience with tools, machinery, and assembly equipment.
• Familiarity with reading technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Problem-solving skills for process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and safety standards.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
• Diploma with 10 years of proven experience in Assembly production

Experience:

• 3–10 years of experience in assembly production, preferably in fabrication, sheet metal, or manufacturing industries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
