Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Assembly Engineer to join

our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in monitoring the manufacturing process by

ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with various

departments to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

 Plan and manage the assembly of fabricated components, structures, and machinery.

 Interpret engineering drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), and specifications for accurate

assembly.

 Ensure proper alignment, fitting, welding, and bolting of parts as per design requirements.

 Hands-on experience in machine assembly and fitting processes.

 Coordinate with the Design, fabrication and quality teams to resolve technical issues.

 Monitor and control manpower allocation, tools, and material usage in assembly.

 Supervise and execute the assembly of fabricated structures, frames, different types of

Conveyors, Tanks, chimneys, and equipment.

 Maintain documentation of assembly checklists, inspection records, and daily progress

reports.

 Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for assembly defects or rework.

 Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper usage of tools and lifting equipment.

 Ability to identify issues and troubleshoot assembly processes effectively

Skills and Qualifications:

 Educational Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical

 Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and tools.

 Familiarity with CAD software or production management tools is a plus.

 Attention to detail and a learning attitude.

 Good communication & observation skills.
