Responsible for entire sales activities of the assigned Territory / Area.
2 Responsible for Primary and secondary sales.
3 Responsible to Plan & achieve monthly /quarterly/yearly business targets in terms of sales & Distribution.
4 Handling distrubution network of assigned territory/ Area.
5 Meeting & appointing Super Stockist , Distributors as per the need.
6 Monitoring Retail Sales and maintaining good relations with key retailers.
7 Team Management Assigning Sales Target to his sales team & assisting sales team in achieving their sales targets ,Handling their queries and resolving them as and when required.
8 Generating MIS reports, Sales target reports & taking corrective actions , if required.
