As a Business Development and Sales Strategy professional, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing territory-specific sales plans aligned with overall business goals - Driving consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets through lead generation and conversion strategies - Guiding and mentoring the sales team on effective prospecting, customer engagement, and deal closure techniques - Identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners and dealerships as per regional business requirements - Strengthening relationships with key customers for repeat business and long-term partnerships - Collaborating with technical and management teams to prepare and refine sales proposals - Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline/funnel for accurate forecasting - Ensuring high lead conversion rate through performance reviews, coaching, and motivation - Driving local business development initiatives and exploring new growth opportunities In terms of Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for: - Leading new dealer acquisition initiatives and timely follow-up on leads - Achieving assigned sales budgets through focused acquisition and effective territory management - Ensuring compliance with company processes and maintaining accurate documentation For People Management & Team Leadership, your role will involve: - Conducting daily meetings with the sales team to review progress and align on targets - Motivating, training, and supporting team members to achieve objectives - Encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing, and performance improvement Your Communication & Reporting duties will include: - Delivering regular presentations and business updates to senior management - Providing timely market intelligence and customer feedback for strategic decision-making - Maintaining effective internal communication and coordination with cross-functional teams The ideal candidate will possess: - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities - Proven experience in channel sales, dealer management, or B2B business development - Strong analytical, planning, and execution capabilities - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Experience in Agritech or Drone industry is preferred. The job is Full-time and Permanent, based in Nashik, Maharashtra, with a remote work location.
