Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized

Artist Management and Collaboration Specialist

to manage relationships with artists, influencers, and creative collaborators. This role involves coordinating projects, ensuring smooth communication, and fostering partnerships that align with the brands vision. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the arts, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Artist Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for artists, influencers, and creative collaborators.
  • Manage contracts, schedules, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with artists to foster long-term partnerships.

Collaboration and Partnerships

  • Identify and onboard new artists, influencers, and creative talents suitable for brand collaborations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns involving artists.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with artists and agencies to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

Project Coordination

  • Oversee the planning and execution of projects involving artists, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Coordinate logistics for shoots, events, and other collaborative activities.
  • Monitor the progress of projects and address any challenges proactively.

Market Research and Networking

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging artists, and influencer opportunities.
  • Attend events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build a robust database of collaborators.

Performance Tracking

  • Evaluate the success of collaborations and campaigns, providing feedback and insights for improvement.
  • Prepare reports on artist performance and campaign ROI for senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in artist management, influencer collaborations, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of the arts, creative industries, and influencer marketing trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with contract management and basic legal aspects of artist collaborations is a plus.
