What We’re Looking For

Senior AI/ML Engineer

Development teams take full ownership of their subsystems and infrastructure, including oncall rotations. The role requires strong expertise in AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud infrastructure, and containerization. Experience with Data Preparation, Model Lifecycle (training, serving, and registries), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs) is essential.

You will also have the opportunity to push the boundaries of the technology stack, from modifying open-source libraries to innovating with existing technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a small team while also contributing with hands-on coding.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Drive innovation and best practices in AI/ML engineering.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or demonstrable

experience.

• 8+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer in AI/ML and Data

Science.

• At least 2+ years of leadership experience as a tech lead or team lead.

• Strong knowledge of Python and software engineering principles (5+ years).

• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and containerization (5+ years).

• Docker expertise is required.

• Azure or AWS experience (Azure preferred).

• Strong working knowledge of TensorFlow / PyTorch (5+ years).

• Familiarity with ML-Ops principles (3+ years).

• Hands-on experience in:

o Data Preparation

o Model Lifecycle (training, serving, registries)

o NLP & LLMs

o Neural Networks

o Topic Modelling & Clustering

o Time Series Analysis (anomaly detection, trend analysis, forecasting)

o Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)

o Speech-to-Text
