Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Lead

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer at our company, you will be a proactive and quick-learning individual who excels in a collaborative environment. The culture at our company values continuous learning, team autonomy, and a DevOps mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a small team while also contributing with hands-on coding. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Drive innovation and best practices in AI/ML engineering. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or demonstrable experience. - 8+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer in AI/ML and Data Science. - At least 2+ years of leadership experience as a tech lead or team lead. - Strong knowledge of Python and software engineering principles (5+ years). - Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and containerization (5+ years). - Docker expertise is required. - Azure or AWS experience (Azure preferred). - Strong working knowledge of TensorFlow / PyTorch (5+ years). - Familiarity with ML-Ops principles (3+ years). - Hands-on experience in: - Data Preparation - Model Lifecycle (training, serving, registries) - NLP & LLMs - Neural Networks - Topic Modelling & Clustering - Time Series Analysis (anomaly detection, trend analysis, forecasting) - Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) - Speech-to-Text - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
