Artificial Intelligence Trainee

About the Role:

We are looking for passionate freshers from the Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Department to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with our AI Expert and gain hands-on experience in developing intelligent, data-driven solutions for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building, training, and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models.

• Support image data collection of secondhand smartphones for damage detection (scratches, dents, cracks, discoloration, etc.).

• Capture and organize images of devices under controlled lighting and multiple angles to build high-quality datasets.

• Annotate images using tools like LabelImg, CVAT, or Roboflow for object detection and

segmentation tasks.

• Categorize damage by type and severity (minor, moderate, severe) and maintain dataset

accuracy.

• Assist the consultant in developing and validating the MVP damage detection model using CNNs and YOLO.

• Help with data preprocessing, augmentation, and model evaluation.

• Support integration testing of AI models with mobile and web applications.

• Automate repetitive data tasks and annotation management through Python scripting.

• Maintain clear documentation for datasets, experiments, and results.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, and design) for AI feature

deployment.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Python, Machine Learning, and Data Analysis concepts.

• Familiarity with Computer Vision, Image Processing, and Object Detection models (YOLO,

SSD, Faster R-CNN, etc.).

• Knowledge of frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.

• Experience (academic or hobby) with annotation tools such as LabelImg, CVAT, or LabelMe is a plus.

• Good understanding of OpenCV for image manipulation and preprocessing.

• Knowledge of data cleaning, augmentation, and normalization techniques for image datasets.

• Basic understanding of SQL, Pandas, and visualization tools (Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).

• Mathematical grounding in probability, linear algebra, regression, and statistics.

• Strong attention to detail, especially for manual labeling, visual inspection, and consistency checking.

• Ability to work patiently and methodically on tedious but critical dataset preparation tasks.

Eligibility:

• B.E./B.Tech/MCA (Artificial Intelligence / Data Science / Computer Science / Electronics / IT) –

Batch: 2025 / 2026.

• Candidates with academic or personal projects in Computer Vision or Image Recognition

will be preferred.

• Familiarity with TensorFlow/Keras model training or OpenCV-based applications is

desirable.

• Strong passion for learning and self-improvement in the AI/ML domain.

• Willingness to work on-site full-time in Nashik and participate in hands-on data collection

activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
