Role: Senior AI/LLM Engineer – Agentic Systems

Location: Remote

Duration: Fulltime

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior AI/LLM Engineer (Agentic Systems) with a strong background in software engineering, deep expertise in AI/ML, and hands-on experience building intelligent, self-directed agents. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-powered systems, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the evolution of our AI-driven platform.

Essential Job Functions:

Collaborate with Tech Owners, Architects, and external teams to define architecture and tech stack.

Evaluate multiple approaches, document trade-offs, and contribute to design discussions.

Research and implement emerging tech stacks for AI/LLM use cases.

Document integration requirements, best practices, and key decisions.

Work with operations to set up infrastructure following best practices.

Build and deploy custom MCP (Model Context Protocol).

Lead BOT development and cross-team integrations.

Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure engineering excellence.

Handle fast-paced projects and support production issue resolutions.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

Extensive experience in Python, Java, and AI/ML libraries.

Strong expertise in BoT development and Authorization frameworks (OAuth).

Technical exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, and developer tools (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, etc.).

Hands-on experience in cloud-native development (Azure, GCP, AWS).

Proficiency in Agentic AI frameworks or similar for autonomous systems.

Strong foundation in containerization (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud engineering.

Expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

Experience with NoSQL databases (CosmosDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

Knowledge of Node.js, React, and web development.

Proficiency in vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.

Experience with MCP server setup, AI-driven chatbots, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation.

Familiarity with Databricks, Jupyter Notebooks.

(Nice to Have) Experience with frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).

Strong problem-solving, leadership, and mentoring skills.
