We are hiring AI Enablement Engineers in India as part of a strategic partnership with a USA based company: Leader in autonomous AI software engineer product. Avenues International Inc. will hire and employ these engineers to support AI adoption, onboarding, and enablement for enterprise customers. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy working with people, enabling teams, and making AI usable in real environments . Role Summary: AI Enablement Engineer 📍 Location: India (Remote) 🕒 Experience: Five plus years of IT software and Consulting field is MUST 🧭 Focus: Enablement • Onboarding • Deployment • Customer Interaction 50% Travel is expected to various metro cities in India. Core Requirements Baseline (Must Have) Bachelor's in Engineering or Computer Science from only top most and reputed universities in India Minimum Five years in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting Technical Skills Strong coding proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript / TypeScript Comfortable integrating APIs, debugging systems, and deploying solutions Working knowledge of LLMs or agent-based systems (usage and deployment—not research) Soft Skills (Very Important) Clear written and verbal communication Strong customer-service mindset Adaptability and comfort in fast-changing environments Ability to teach, guide, and explain technical concepts to varied audiences 🔹 Differentiators (Nice to Have) Experience running workshops, onboarding sessions, or enablement programs Hands-on exposure to deploying LLMs, AI tools, or agent workflows Startup experience (autonomy, speed, ownership) Genuine passion for teaching, coaching, and helping others succeed Please forward your resume at the earliest to ai@avenuesinc.com for immediate consideration.
