• Assist in building chatbots and AI agents using Copilot and Azure Bot Services.
• Support data preparation, model training, and evaluation using Python, R, C# or Azure ML Studio.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation of AI solutions.
• Proven experience in the

  BFSI domain

  , with strong knowledge of banking, insurance, or financial service processes.
• Strong hands-on skills with:

• PowerApps

  (Canvas & Model-Driven)

• Power Automate

  (Cloud & Desktop Flows)

• Power BI

  (Data modeling and visualization)
• Experience with connectors, custom connectors, and integration with enterprise BFSI systems.
• Working knowledge of

  data governance, compliance (e.g., RBI, GDPR), and role-based access control

  .
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good to have:

• PL-100 / PL-200 / PL-400 (Power Platform)

• Microsoft 365 or Dynamics 365 Certifications

• Domain-specific certifications (e.g., FinTech, Risk & Compliance) are a plus.
• Knowledge of RPA using

  Power Automate Desktop

  or other automation tools.
• Familiarity with Agile or DevOps practices in financial institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) for Low-Code/No-Code projects within BFSI clients.
• Design and develop secure, scalable applications using:
• PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Power Automate (for automating banking and financial workflows)
• Power BI (for dashboards, MIS, and regulatory reporting)
• Work closely with business teams to gather functional requirements related to core BFSI processes (e.g., loan origination, claims processing, KYC, onboarding).
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, and legacy BFSI systems via APIs/connectors.
• Ensure applications comply with BFSI regulatory standards (data security, auditability, access control).
• Support citizen development and help set up best practices and governance frameworks.
• Troubleshoot platform-specific issues and assist with performance tuning.
• Document workflows, application logic, and deployment procedures in detail.
