Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer with 4-5 years of experience who will be responsible for fine-tuning, and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) geared toward banking and financial services use cases. The ideal candidate will also build and maintain agentic frameworks use-cases that automate critical workflows for automation use-cases in the banking sector.

This is a hybrid role, open to candidates based in Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

• LLM Model Fine-Tuning
• ⁠Fine-tune large language models to address banking process automation.
• Build robust pipelines for data collection, cleansing, and augmentation to improve model accuracy and reduce bias and hallucinations.

Agentic Framework Creation

• ⁠Develop agent-based solutions that integrate with LLMs to perform complex tasks, such as multi-step process automation within a banking environment.
• ⁠Ensure that agentic use-cases can interface with various backend systems (CRM, ERP, core banking systems, etc.) for end-to-end automation.

Deployment

• ⁠Drive the deployment of models and agents in production environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and robust monitoring.
