About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI/ML and Generative AI solutions into production. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, a passion for innovation in Gen AI, and proven expertise in MLOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and train advanced machine learning models and systems.
• Develop and implement innovative Generative AI applications (e.g., using LLMs like GPT, Llama, RAG architectures).
• Architect, build, and maintain end-to-end MLOps pipelines for automated model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to productionize AI models.
• Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML, Gen AI, and MLOps technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6-9 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.

• Technical Skills:

• AI/ML:

  Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch.

• Generative AI:

  Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector Databases, and API integration of LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face).

• MLOps:

  Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar tools for model deployment and orchestration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
