Description
Key Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders across industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing, retail, logistics, telecom, and energy) to assess needs and design AI-driven strategies. Analyze complex datasets and develop custom AI/ML models to solve real-world problems. Translate business challenges into technical solutions using machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics. Provide strategic consulting on AI tools, platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud AI), and architecture. Design and lead PoCs (Proof of Concept), pilots, and scalable AI implementations. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and ethical practices in AI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and product managers. Conduct training and workshops for internal teams and client stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML projects across at least 3 or more industries. Strong command of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.). Experience in cloud-based AI services and deployment pipelines. Excellent communication skills — able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated experience in business consulting, client management, and project delivery. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI governance, explainability, and responsible AI. Knowledge of generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, DALL·E, LLMs). Domain knowledge in one or more regulated sectors (e.g., healthcare, finance). Previous experience in a consulting firm or advisory role is a plus. Show more Show less
