About the Role

Microsoft Agent Framework, AutoGen, CrewAI, or any other relevant agentic platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for various use cases.
• Build, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based applications for automation, analytics, and product enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
• Design and implement data pipelines, preprocessing workflows, and model evaluation frameworks.
• Integrate AI models into production systems using APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms.
• Monitor model performance, perform retraining, and ensure high accuracy and reliability.
• Research and experiment with new AI tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies to enhance solution capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Experience in working with LLMs, NLP tasks, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and model lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
