Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Article Assistant located in New Delhi. The Article Assistant will be responsible for assisting in audits, preparing financial statements, handling income tax and GST compliance, and supporting the Virtual CFO functions. The role includes tasks such as data analysis, report generation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Income Tax and GST compliance
• Experience in Audits and Financial Statement preparation
• Skills in Data Analysis and Report Generation
• Knowledge of International Taxation, including IFRS (IndAS)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience with NGO and non-profit organization compliance is beneficial
• Pursuing or completed CA (Chartered Accountant) course
