Jindal & Company, established in 1965, provides a wide range of professional services in accountancy, auditing, taxation, company law matters, FERA/FEMA, and other related services to Indian and overseas clients. The firm has six partners and a dedicated audit team comprising 50 audit assistants, including eight qualified Chartered Accountants. It is on the panel of auditors maintained by the Comptroller & Auditor General of India (CAG), Reserve Bank of India (RBI), and Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Delhi, offering robust auditing services to various public and private sectors.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for an Article at Jindal & Company. The role involves assisting with audits, accounting tasks, tax-related matters, and company law compliance under the guidance of a senior partner. Daily responsibilities include preparing financial statements, conducting research for tax planning, collaborating with team members on audit assignments, and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Accountancy, Auditing, and Taxation
Experience with Company Law Matters and Compliance
Excellent analytical and research skills related to FERA/FEMA regulations
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office
Pursuing or completed CA course is preferred
Relevant experience in a professional services firm, preferably
