Role Description

This is a on-site paid role for a multi-faceted business in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and aiding in the development of proposals. Additional tasks include maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to achieve company objectives.

• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the professional services sector is an advantage
