Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Article Assistant located in Vadodara, with some work from home acceptable. The Article Assistant will be responsible for assisting with bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, auditing tasks, tax planning, preparation, and compliance. Additional tasks include supporting business advisory and strategic consulting services, and assisting with company secretarial services such as corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting, and financial statement preparation
• Understanding of auditing tasks and compliance reviews
• Experience in tax planning, preparation, and compliance
• Ability to support business advisory, financial planning, and strategic consulting
• Familiarity with company secretarial services including company formation and corporate governance
• Proficiency in leveraging technology for financial solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Client-centric approach with a focus on building long-lasting relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Enrollment in ICAI Articleship Program
